BAM Roller Lifters Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at BAM Roller Lifters. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help with our straightforward return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • We will not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any order placed via agentic AI.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order items
  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered
  • Items not purchased directly from our website (please contact your original seller)
  • Items on any order placed via agentic AI.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • To request a return:
    • Email us at bamsales@sriperformance.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent back WITHOUT and RMA # will be returned to sender.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method (UPS / FedEx). BAM Roller Lifters is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a full refund.

7. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
