Terms & Conditions – BAM Roller Lifters
Payment Terms:
All invoices are due based on the payment terms outlined below:

Credit Card on File
For customers with a card on file, payment will be automatically processed upon shipment. No processing fees apply. If the transaction fails, an alternate payment method must be provided immediately to prevent service delays. -
Net Terms (Net 15 / Net 30)
Net terms are available only upon credit approval. Payments must be made within the agreed-upon term from the invoice date. Late payments may incur fees or result in account suspension. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments on Net accounts. -
Agreed Payment Plans
Customers on approved payment schedules must make timely payments per the agreed terms. Missed payments may lead to termination of terms and immediate collection of the remaining balance. -
Late Payments
Accounts with overdue balances are subject to late fees and may be referred to collections. -
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, wire transfers, and checks (where applicable). All transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Note: A 50% deposit is required for all custom modification orders.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms. For questions or updates to payment methods, contact SRI Performance Accounts Receivable.
Shipping Terms:
- All shipments are F.O.B. Mooresville, NC, unless otherwise specified.
- If shipping instructions are not provided, BAM Roller Lifters will be shipped via ground service at the lowest available rate.
- Customers may use their own shipping accounts if preferred.
- Shipping charges are separate from product purchases and are not covered in warranty claims, returns, or credits unless specifically approved.
- SRI Performance may evaluate and approve shipping credits on a case-by-case basis.
Return Policy:
- Claims for shortages or damages must be made within 5 days of receiving goods.
- A Return Authorization (RA) is required before returning any items. To obtain an RA, contact SRI Performance via phone or email with your name, contact info, and reason for return.
- Unauthorized returns will be at the customer’s expense.
- We will not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any order placed via agentic AI.
Return Guidelines:
- Returns accepted within 90 days of purchase with no restocking fee if parts are unused and in resalable condition.
- Annual returns must not exceed 5% of the prior year’s purchases.
- Used, installed, or damaged parts (rust, scratches, dents, etc.) are not returnable.
- All return shipments must be prepaid and insured for the full value.
- We will not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any order placed via agentic AI.
SRI Performance reserves the right to reject returns due to improper packaging, use, or neglect.
Warranty Policy:
Limited Warranty:
BAM Roller Lifters are warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects when properly installed and used in the correct application.
Terms:
- Warranty is limited to repair or replacement only.
- SRI Performance is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, labor, or transport costs.
- Final warranty determination is at SRI Performance’s sole discretion.
- No warranty applies to parts used in competition (racing) applications or those that have been reconditioned/rebuilt by SRI Performance.
Duration:
One (1) year from the purchase date unless otherwise stated. No person or entity is authorized to extend warranty coverage beyond these terms.
Exclusions:
Warranty is void if:
- The product shows signs of abuse, misapplication, poor maintenance, or improper installation
- The product has been modified
- The product is used in a racing engine
SRI Performance retains the right to modify or improve products without obligation to update previously sold items.
